Responsibilities:
- Sell to prospects with 50+ employees.
- Become an expert in the Stadium product platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities.
- Perform account planning for prioritized accounts in collaboration with the SDR team.
- Conduct sales calls with short deck presentations and customized product demos.
- Utilize a proven sales methodology to manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to activation.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast revenue in Hubspot.
- Achieve quota attainment consistently.
- Collaborate closely with teams including Onboarding, Success, Product, and Service.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Top 10% performance in a sales organization.
- Proven track record in outbound acquisition sales.
- Experience selling to HR buyers or B2B platforms.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with quick thinking and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
