Social Media and Marketing Assistant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Helping with the client’s to-do list
• Online research
• Managing the client’s calendar, email inbox, and CRM
• Making travel/flight research and reservations
• Making presentations and documents
• Working with online accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Creating, scheduling, and posting content

Requirements

• C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative and social media roles
• Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, 50GB free space, headset, smartphone
• Access to a backup work location and secondary internet option
