Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies
• Create, curate, and manage all published content
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way
• Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach
• Conduct research on competitors and industry trends
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Advocate for the company in social media spaces
• Act as a self-starter, enhancing content quality and strategy

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in social media marketing for B2B companies
• Expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Strong graphic design skills and proficient in Canva
• Skills in video editing and motion graphics desirable
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and analytics knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels
• Critical thinking, positive attitude, detail-oriented, and organized
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred
