Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing initiatives to resonate with crypto-curious users, seasoned traders, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in producing engaging, on-brand content like social posts, infographics, videos, and ad creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across marketing materials.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., PPC, display, retargeting, affiliate partnerships).
- Implement A/B testing strategies and leverage analytics to refine campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Manage and grow social media channels (Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Engage with the community, handle feedback, and maintain a positive brand presence.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators using analytics tools.
- Provide regular data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders for campaign optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory changes in the cryptocurrency and fintech landscapes.
- Evaluate emerging marketing tools, channels, and opportunities.
- Address potential reputation issues professionally during sensitive situations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, performance marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics tools).
- Strong writing, editing, and basic design skills (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively across user segments and work closely with cross-functional teams.
