Social Media Recruiter (m/w/d) Minijob (Homeoffice) Part Time

Summary:

• Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH, a nationwide Direct Search Agency/Headhunter with offices in Iserlohn and Gummersbach, is seeking a Social Media Recruiter for its Social Media Department to support its online recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional candidate recruiting and strategic active sourcing.
• Conduct Boolean search, social media recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing Talent Manager, Facebook, Instagram).
• Generate appointments for consultants.
• Write targeted texts/ads for recruitment.

Requirements:

• Experience and affinity with recruiting via social media platforms (Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) is mandatory.
• Experience working from home.
• Excellent self-organization and structured work approach.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
