Social Media Translator – Malay and Chinese Full Time

Responsibilities

• Accurately translate social media content from English to Malaysian & Chinese
• Monitor the performance of localized social media content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging posts
• Engage and communicate with the Malaysian/Chinese-speaking community
• Submit requests for CRM and CM teams, create and update reports
• Assist in tracking and allocating funds internally and externally

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Malaysian/Chinese and fluent in English
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in Malaysian/Chinese
• Ability to manage multiple translation tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with Twitter, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and others
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., HypeAudior)
• Proven experience in content translation, particularly social media
