Software Engineer Full Time

Summary:

Parexel, a global CRO headquartered in Boston and Durham, seeks a Software Engineer in Hyderabad, India. With over 16,000 employees across 100+ countries, Parexel supports drug development from clinical trials to market access. The role focuses on developing and maintaining software, particularly Veeva Vault applications, to advance healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new enhancements/ defects fixes with High quality coding and on time completion.
• Provide analysis for technical solutions.
• Confirmation that technical solutions are developed to appropriate, approved standards.
• Adherence to the SDLC / Agile Scrum sprint processes and published programming standards.
• Investigation of reported issues, and identification of solutions to those issues.
• Adherence to the organization team principles and building good team environment.
• Responsible to the Technical Manager, technical lead or more senior personnel for the progress and implementation of development tasks to cost and timescales.
• Handle configuration change requests on lifecycles workflows security settings objects document types/subtypes etc.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault application.
• Coordinate with vendor for Veeva product releases.

Requirements:

• Between 2 to 4 years of supporting Veeva Vault application, handling Veeva administration and configuration.
• Experience in Veeva lifecycle domain will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should have good knowledge of the ITIL support process.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should understand the integrations well and work with the integrated teams for any issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
