Responsibilities:
- Work in a fully agile environment with senior engineers and the business side.
- Participate in designing and developing fault-tolerant, highly available, and optimized solutions.
- Monitor and optimize services in production for performance.
- Design and implement unit tests.
- Integrate with third-party game vendors and other services.
- Collaborate with other teams, including product, infrastructure, and business.
- Participate in code reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong Go programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive applications and performance tuning.
- Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL, as well as NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Good communication skills.
- Practical experience with:
- RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Key-value stores (e.g., Redis)
- Docker and Kubernetes
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with:
- Messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka)
- Time Series Databases (e.g., Prometheus)
- ELK stack
- Scylla
- ClickHouse
- Broad technical knowledge and adaptability.
