Responsibilities:
- Work within an agile team to build systems supporting TechSmith’s software products.
- Participate in agile team activities such as programming, estimating work, and reviewing completed tasks.
- Collaborate with User Experience Designers and Product Owners to solve customer needs.
- Test your solutions with the help of Software Test Specialists and teammates.
- Contribute to building TechSmith’s image and video ecosystem through your software changes.
- Learn and advance your skills with support from your programming lead and manager.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Enrolled in classes during the summer or fall of 2025, pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 undergraduate credits or 3 graduate credits required.
- Demonstrable experience with C++, C#, TypeScript, Objective-C, Swift, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with software development in internships, school projects, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with git source control.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work in a remote work environment.
- Experience with C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript/CSS and modern frameworks like React.
- Knowledge of automated software testing.
- Experience with cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, containerized services, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborative software quality practices such as code reviews and pair programming.
- Experience integrating LLMs into applications is a plus.
