- With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, the company is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to support the growing Americas region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical consulting across the COINS HR/Payroll Module.
- Continually develop subject matter expertise in HR & Payroll, attaining deep, specialized knowledge of COINS customer businesses as well as with the COINS products and solutions that support them.
- Guide project team and customer representatives through product implementations and other assignments, providing solutions that successfully meet identified business objectives.
- Present content effectively, efficiently, and professionally, completing any post-assignment follow-up work.
- Provide clear and concise written customer communication of all types including product presentations, consulting site visit reports, business cases, and general e-mail and instant messaging.
- Meet agreed upon timelines and escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Participate in the continual process improvement of standards and good working practices across the Consultancy group.
- Routinely participate in the COINS Software Development Lifecycle by assisting the QA Team with evaluating software changes against agreed test plans.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and co-workers across all teams, departments, and regions within the global organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in HR, payroll, or software consulting – OR – five years of experience in software consulting or HR/payroll without a degree.
- Highly proficient with various HR/Payroll systems.
- Creative problem solver with strong team skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; able to articulate technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to situations as they arise.
- Resourceful; quick learner; self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Prior software support/software implementation experience is a plus.
- Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones for effective collaboration with the team.
