Solution Architect Full Time

• As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner, we collaborate with marketers to craft innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies.
• The Solution Architect role involves ensuring seamless integration of Braze and partner technologies, developing functional designs, and implementing scalable, personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Delivery team to gather and analyze technical requirements for Braze integration.
• Provide detailed documentation, define integration points, and ensure data flow across platforms.
• Develop comprehensive functional design specifications for workflows, user journeys, and business rules.
• Design robust and scalable end-to-end solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Build and manage complex data structures to support personalized customer experiences.
• Utilize Braze’s segmentation tools to design audience segments.
• Design sophisticated campaign flows using Braze’s Canvas tool.
• Bring innovative ideas and recommendations to the team.
• Manage time effectively to achieve quarterly billable hour targets.
• Stay updated with advancements in Braze and other relevant marketing technologies.
• Occasionally travel (up to 20%) for client engagement.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
• 3+ Braze certifications or the ability to obtain them quickly.
• Proficiency in Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and ingestion processes.
• Experience in developing and documenting custom solutions.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and time management skills.
• Ability to articulate and implement marketing technology best practices.
• Agility to adapt to new technologies with enthusiasm and curiosity.
• Strategic and technical thinking for holistic solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements.
• Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and managing expectations.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship.
