Summary:
Ikue is a tech start-up focused on providing telecommunications operators with superior products to enhance customer experiences. They are seeking a Solution Architect to design and optimize their multi-tenant SaaS cloud-native products for the telecom industry.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the overall solution and design of the innovative platform.
- Define an overall technology strategy supporting the platform’s evolution.
- Lead design activities to transform the current capability into a multi-tenant SaaS product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, data scientists).
- Develop and maintain the architectural vision for telco-specific SaaS products.
- Ensure high-performance, scalable solutions tailored to telecom demands.
- Evaluate and select telco-specific technologies and frameworks.
- Document architectural decisions and designs.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in AWS technologies and cloud-native principles (microservices, containerization, serverless).
- Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience with event-based integration (Kafka/Kinesis).
- Knowledge of telecom security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with product modeling for catalogue-driven sales and orchestration.
- Understanding of TMF Open Digital Architecture or similar frameworks.
