Responsibilities:
- Craft architectures, establish design patterns, and proof of concepts for diverse consulting engagements.
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders, including executives and business representatives, to present technical solutions.
- Manage 2-5 primary projects concurrently, demonstrating exceptional multi-tasking.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to the Engineering team.
- Thrive in an Agile Scrum development environment, supporting CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with RDA Project Managers on planning, estimating, and managing IT projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ consulting experience with commercial clients.
- Over 10 years of experience in the Software Engineering field.
- Expertise in .NET, React/next.js, Azure Cloud-based solutions, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Containers/Kubernetes, CMS, and Commerce Platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Storyblok).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant certifications.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
