Responsibilities
- Develop standardized solutions with vendors and sales to address technology, customer, and supply chain challenges.
- Initiate, coordinate, procure, and assemble technical submittal documents for channel review.
- Develop, modify, or procure technical drawings for proof of design.
- Apply advanced concepts of electrical distribution systems and power generation equipment.
- Lead initiatives to develop products/solutions for sales team adoption.
- Attend weekly coordination meetings with management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of power industry and 3-phase power.
- Proven effective communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Adaptable to changes in workload, schedules, and environment.
- Engineering degree preferred (Electrical or Mechanical).
