Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to run product demos and lead strategic conversations with prospects, highlighting how AndGo’s solutions solve hospital enterprise challenges.
• Seek to understand the clinical workforce management and business goals and objectives of our large hospital customers, and align AndGo’s solutions to help achieve them.
• Consult with customers on their existing clinical workflows and best practices to ensure customers maximize the power of AndGo.
• Solutioning use of AndGo in unique ways to meet our prospect’s needs.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team, acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse hospital stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies and addresses weaknesses in organizational processes to drive efficiency, continually seeking to understand our prospective customers goals and objectives.
• Excellent relationship builder who thrives on engaging with hospital stakeholders across HR, IT, Clinical Ops, Nursing, and other functions.
• Collaborative team player, working closely with sales, customer experience, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and elevated.
• Self-motivated; generate innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail; able to efficiently track and focus on multiple customers and their varying requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SAAS software in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role.
• Experience in Healthcare workforce management and/or Human resource management systems (UKG, Infor, QGenda).
• Technical and/or solution acumen, including familiarity with US enterprise hospital industry.
• Ability to become proficient in understanding the company’s range of automation software solutions focused on clinical workforce management.
• Ability to learn and communicate AndGo’s value of proposed SAAS solutions in terms of financial return and impact on hospital’s business and clinical goals.
• Solid healthcare delivery knowledge, staying current with US hospital trends and effectively discussing customer issues and challenges.
• Proficiency in solution selling techniques, including effective questioning and communication skills with customer decision-makers, curiosity to understand the competitive landscape, and adept positioning and strategy.
