Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on LucidLink Filespaces technology
- Work with the internal sales team following LucidLink Sales Process Playbook
- Uncover customer challenges and document into CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Demonstrate understanding of customer’s challenges with contextual stories
- Track proof of concepts to ensure success criteria and timeframes are met
- Collaborate with other LucidLink teams including Marketing, Product, and Support
- Answer customer questions on best practices, optimizations, and workflow efficiencies
- Analyze customer usage and provide feedback to business and development teams
- Work with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth pre to post sales transition
- Occasionally travel for industry events and team gatherings
Requirements
- Solid understanding of technical aspects for communication with various stakeholders
- Ability to present complex technical information clearly in person and online
- Adapt communication styles for creative, technical, and business stakeholders
- Capability to listen, analyze customer requirements, and propose technical solutions
- Understanding of the sales process and collaboration with sales teams
- Customer-centric mindset with strong active listening skills
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and new technologies
