Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales team on security and integration needs
- Manage RFP responses and coordinate with Sales and Engineering
- Implement solutions with API and SSO products
- Serve as resource for customer IT teams for tech stack access
- Configure and verify secure authentication with customers
- Maintain documentation and integration guides
- Contribute to bug triage and issue intake
- Act as business stakeholder for API and SSO product development
Requirements
- 3+ years in solutions engineer or similar technical role
- Experience supporting customers with API products
- Knowledge of identity management protocols (SAML, OIDC, LTI)
- Experience in RFP security compliance and pre-sales support
- Proficient in English and Spanish for support in writing and video calls
