Responsibilities:
- Support the sales process technically and present Hygraph technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
- Showcase developer functionality to prospects and demonstrate how modern technical frameworks work with Hygraph.
- Advise new customers on their solution approach, including the initial Hygraph setup, choice of frontend, or third-party tool integrations.
- Maintain a broad and deep technical understanding of the product roadmap, underlying technologies, and use cases.
- Conduct technical workshops, onboarding, and pre-sales to convey product knowledge.
- Assist the sales team in winning new enterprise customers and earn commissions accordingly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front-end web development and as a B2B sales engineer for an API-led software product.
- Familiarity with modern application-building technologies (e.g., GraphQL, React, Next.js, Svelte), software development approaches (e.g., microservice architecture, serverless), and ideally, database architecture.
- Genuine interest in solving problems related to customers’ and prospects’ software infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts concisely.
- Experience with SaaS products targeting enterprise customers is a plus.
