Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer calls for implementation.
- Guide customers on best practices for API configuration.
- Tailor custom solutions for unique customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and partnerships.
- Maintain integrations with third-party partners.
- Collaborate with the Product team for feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years as a full-stack developer.
- Familiar with Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL.
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq.
- Ability to manage complex migrations and implementations.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Understanding of healthcare privacy and compliance.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Benefits:

- Base salary: $120,000-$160,000 per year.
