Responsibilities
- Engage with the Performance Coatings Team East to identify new business opportunities
- Travel 50% multi-state and to major cities inside territory
- Train customers by performing live product demonstrations and presentations
- Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market opportunities
- Utilize industry specifications to create bid projects pipeline
- Interact with multi-level business leaders and support groups
- Perform regular customer follow-ups and 360 sales reviews
- Participate in sports surfacing organizations and tradeshow events
Requirements
- Proven sales track record in sports surfacing coatings
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to work independently with new and existing clients
- Cold-calling success within a territory to nationwide and small clients
