This role involves providing customer service and administrative support for medical personnel, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing patient communication.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, billing, and other administrative matters.
- Manage patient appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure appointments are properly booked and confirmed.
- Reschedule appointments as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or online chat.
Requirements:
- Spanish-speaking agent only.
- Experience with Out-of-Network providers.
- Experience in Medical Billing is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant job experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have two monitors.
