Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for clients using Pennylane for financial management
- Understand user issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed
- Assist accountants in migrating data to Pennylane
- Complete training through the CSM Academy in the first three months
- Manage a client portfolio and handle complex requests over time
- Update client support materials to foster client autonomy
- Share accounting knowledge with colleagues and product teams
- Identify product improvement areas and manage projects
Requirements
- At least 10 years of accounting experience in SMEs
- Direct experience working with executives is a plus
- Relevant degrees: DCG, BTS in accounting or management
- Interest in technology and knowledge of current fintech products
- Remote work with two monthly trips to Paris office
