Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to members, pharmacies, and physician offices regarding claims inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve claims issues in the Rx claims adjudication system.
• Oversee and guide the Specialty Care team to ensure high-quality service and problem resolution.
• Set priorities and manage team performance, ensuring alignment with accuracy, response time, and service standards.
• Conduct training sessions, offer coaching, and provide feedback to help the team thrive.
• Lead performance reviews, corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure smooth, aligned operations.
• Monitor daily activities, implement improvements, and adapt to new challenges.

Requirements:

• 1+ year in management and 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Adaptable and motivated to drive improvements and deliver results under pressure.
