The Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst collaborates with the Program Manager to support manufacturer programs and therapies.

Provide concise and accurate patient status information to assigned manufacturers.
Collaborate with internal SPP teams to expedite patient processing as needed.
Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues related to complex reimbursement.
Serve as the point of contact for manufacturer field reps, MD offices, and patients for assigned orders.
Lead weekly calls with manufacturers alongside the Program Manager.
Perform manufacturer-specific enhanced services such as specialized welcome calls.
Identify patients with potential delays in shipments and create strategies to resolve or escalate issues.
Prepare or review internal reports as requested by the therapy and manufacturer teams.
Attend scheduled manufacturer, program manager, and therapy team meetings.

Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Pharmacy.
Ability to work with a diverse customer base, including manufacturer representatives, MD office staff, and patients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills, able to react with urgency when needed.
Ability to work well in a team environment and support other team members.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload under tight deadlines.
Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
