Sports Media Product Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy for Sporty.com and OTT platform
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, and business teams on product alignment
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch, managing requirements and backlog
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for innovation opportunities
• Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging user experiences
• Partner with engineering teams for successful implementation of features
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies for growth
• Lead and mentor product managers, fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

• 7+ years in sports betting, media, or technology product management
• Proven ability to balance business goals with product development
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
• Familiarity with web and mobile development, agile methodologies, and JIRA
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with analytics tools experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
