Sr. Account Executive, Microsoft Solutions Full Time

Summary:

  • enVista is a global software, consulting, managed services, and automation firm specializing in supply chain and omnichannel commerce.
  • The Sr. Account Executive, Microsoft Solutions is responsible for driving client sales, satisfaction, and revenue within enVista’s Microsoft service line.
  • The role includes generating new sales and client opportunities, managing relationships, and collaborating across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and properly qualify business opportunities for enVista services, focusing on Microsoft’s ERP applications (Dynamics AX, D365 Finance, D365 Supply Chain Management, D365 Commerce, D365 Project Operations, Power Platform).
  • Present to executive levels of organizations and prepare formal proposals.
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate the decision-making process, and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Manage the legal process by coordinating with internal and external legal counsel.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of enVista services and client stories.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Representatives, and Business Development associates.
  • Participate in marketing plans and campaigns aimed at generating new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in company business development meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Register and maintain deals in CRM.
  • Adhere to all enVista credit check policies.
  • Coordinate closely with various teams within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of outside sales experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to relate observations to business opportunities.
  • Ambitious and self-initiating attitude.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
