Responsibilities:
- Run sales call with short deck presentations.
- Become a consultant to customers converting compliance pain points.
- Execute contract and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with CSM team for smooth customer transition.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage sales pipeline.
- Become a product expert across entire platform.
- Devise strategies with SDRs to improve conversion rates.
- Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively for maximum conversions.
- Can break down technical matters understandably.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at using CRMs like Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Able to engage in technical conversations with CTOs.
- Prior experience selling to the US or foreign audience is a plus.
