Sr. Business Analyst Full Time

Summary:

The Sr. Business Analyst role focuses on enhancing efficiency by analyzing processes and implementing solutions, with offices in Northern Virginia and Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
• Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings.
• Experience in Agile projects as a business analyst and/or product owner using agile/Lean/SAFe principles.
• Experience in directing efforts related to collection of customer requirements and implementing processes for determining domain technical issues which may apply.
• Leads team in developing or designing reports to meet data analysis needs.
• Leads team in identifying new sources of data, information and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Verifies proper methods for analysis and troubleshooting of information system requirements for the purpose of collecting and reporting relevant information and data to meet customer needs.
• May assist in the development of procedures and manuals and other materials to support systems.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in relevant Field, Business Analysis Profession (CBAP) or similar certifications are a plus.
