Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) at Authentic8 Full Time

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Facilitate discussions to understand problem statements
• Translate requirements to functional and technical designs
• Administer Salesforce – integrations, automations, customizations
• Oversee managed packages within Salesforce (Zuora CPQ)
• Implement updates and enhancements for financial software systems
• Conduct system and user permission audits regularly
• Collaborate on system updates and improvements
• Monitor system performance and address potential issues
• Document business processes and identify improvement areas
• Create comprehensive process documentation for users
• Update documentation to reflect process changes
• Provide ongoing user support and resources
• Implement and enforce data quality standards
• Perform data validation checks and create exception reports
• Define and maintain data governance practices
• Analyze processes to identify operational improvements
• Streamline workflows and optimize system usage
• Recommend and implement solutions for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field
• 5+ years of business systems administration experience
• Familiarity with usage-based models, SKUs, multi-year transactions
• Hands-on administration of full “Lead-to-Cash” tech stack
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing consultants and outsourced resources
• CPQ module implementation/enhancements experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience creating process documentation and training materials
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of data integrity best practices
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
