Responsibilities:
- Lead business and market development efforts, including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping engagements, and creating proposals.
- Provide methodological guidance, oversight, and program delivery for financial services initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff and provide leadership to Client Partnership and Delivery teams.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
- Develop and lead a large customer book of business independently.
- Support the growth of the Advisory Group and overall Consulting business unit.
- Achieve billable utilization and sales targets while collaborating with others to attain business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of management/strategy or technology consulting experience focused on financial services and/or fintech.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills.
- Strong business development track record and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Known authority in either capital or private markets with an external network to improve revenues and market positioning.
- Demonstrated excellence in selling, delivering, and growing a consulting book of business.
