Responsibilities
- Manage, deliver, and perform full clinical site monitoring services
- Oversee project site budgets and regulatory filings aligning with SOPs and GCP
- Act as primary liaison between CRAs and project team
- Mentor, coach, and provide performance feedback to CRAs
- Assist with selection, hiring, training, and supervision of CRAs
- Act as first escalation point for site/patient issues or Sponsor concerns
- Represent Director or Manager in BD initiatives with site monitoring focus
- Manage monitoring services for large/complex projects and/or CRAs
- Liaise between CRAs and other functional teams, escalating issues to management
- Participate in study team, kickoff, and investigator meetings
- Identify and recruit site investigators; manage trial materials and documentation
- Ensure patient recruitment SOPs and provide guidance to site teams
- Serve as primary clinical site contact and resolve site-related issues
- Coordinate site communications and provide updates on project guidelines
Requirements
- College diploma/degree and 4-6 years of related experience
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative relationship skills
- Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development
- Ability to foster teamwork
