Summary:
- Hudl is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join their team in Barcelona, focusing on top-level football teams (Bundesliga/2. Bundesliga) and the national federation in Germany.
- The role involves building strong customer relationships and maximizing satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts.
- The primary goal is to ensure customer success, renewal of subscriptions, and upselling additional solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients and maximize satisfaction.
- Be involved in all aspects of support, account management, product demonstrations, and client education.
- Aim for monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets.
- Run meetings to understand client needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with football clubs in Germany and ensure customers derive the maximum value from their subscriptions.
- Provide proactive support and ensure clients are well-engaged with Hudl’s products.
- Ensure customer portfolios are organized and customers are satisfied.
Requirements:
- Sports industry knowledge, with previous experience working in the industry and a strong network across football clubs in Germany.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work confidently with various stakeholders in the sports landscape.
- Proactive approach to customer support and relationship building.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a portfolio of customers.
- Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a bonus).
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a technology company.
- Familiarity with Hudl products and services, as well as technology like Salesforce.
- Comfort with analyzing metrics and user behavior to drive engagement.
