Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data analytics best practices, tools, and techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide insights
- Lead a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality data analyses and insights
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track business performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through data analysis
- Provide financial planning and analysis support, including budgeting and forecasting
- Stay up to date with trends in data analytics, business strategy, and financial planning
- Mentor and guide a small team of data analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics, financial planning, and strategy
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of analysts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data and insights to various audiences
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
- Experience in the learning industry is a plus
Benefits
- Base salary range of $205,000 to $256,250 annualized
