Responsibilities
- Drive engineering execution within the Science Platform team
- Craft, communicate, and execute team’s vision and roadmap with platform PM
- Collaborate with infrastructure and data platform for sound decisions
- Ensure efficient delivery of model outputs into production
- Create an ergonomic workflow with scientists and MLEs
- Make tradeoffs among priorities for high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years managing a team delivering data and ML products
- 10+ years as a software or machine learning engineer
- Experience building ML products from 0 to 1
- Strong execution skills to keep work on track
- Balance between coding and leading others
- Experience managing engineers through the staff level
