Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on financial impact analysis and reporting best practices.
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

A bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration (preferred).
A strong foundation in finance and accounting principles is essential for success in this role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Experience with financial analysis tools (e.g FocusPoint or other ERP).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Cognos).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Experience with ERP or Accounting software (e.g. Deltek Costpoint).
Proficiency in Microsoft office products, with advanced skills in Excel.
Experience with project/meeting facilitation with directors/executives.
