Responsibilities:
- Own the Lifecycle strategy and execution, including emails, in-app messages, content cards, and soon, desktop and mobile push notifications.
- Build and/or oversee the creation and optimization of all Lifecycle communications.
- Shepherd users through the marketing funnel, from Registration to Winback.
- Weave compelling copy into stories for the core audience of music producers.
- Maximize the relevance of messaging through segmentation.
- Help optimize customer journeys for the best in-product experience.
- Report on initiatives and share learnings with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle marketing, including expertise in Braze (CRM and LCM orchestration platform).
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and personalization.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Refined technical skills, including working knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to test ideas and validate results.
- Humility and a testing mindset in managing Lifecycle Marketing programs.
