Responsibilities:

• Partner with GTM Leadership.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of SaaS sales enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience designing SaaS enablement programs.
• Experience facilitating impactful training.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in GTM business metrics.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and tools.
• Exceptional communication and alignment skills.
• Results-oriented with empathy for colleagues.
