Responsibilities
- Build strategic relations and expand client’s services with industrial customers
- Develop stakeholder relationships on IT and OT sides, including CxO’s
- Collaborate on business and account development planning
- Manage multi-domain resources for complex solutions
- Act as a client advocate for IT/OT communication needs
- Lead visual & communications strategy for marketing campaigns
- Engage with clients to advise on digital business optimization
- Facilitate client discussions bridging IT/OT business needs
- Use consultative sales methodology to address digital challenges
- Define and lead assessments with factory teams
- Guide clients in developing secure digital infrastructure
Requirements
- Degree in industrial science, engineering, or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial digital transformation
- Knowledge in industrial automation and control systems
- Experience with IIoT middleware/platforms and industrial communication protocols
- Understanding of OT landscape and major IIoT players
- Experience with cyber security and digital network infrastructure in OT
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish skills are a plus
