Sr. Manager/ Director of Demand Generation Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation channels and programs to drive new leads
• Own pipeline creation and conversion; understand the customer journey
• Collaborate with content marketing, product, and sales teams for marketing materials
• Ensure brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and communication
• Track, measure, and optimize campaign/channel results; seek new best practices
• Work with Analytics team to create marketing dashboards displaying key metrics
• Collaborate with sales, success, and product teams to optimize lead generation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field
• 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
• Master at developing, executing, and measuring demand programs and campaigns
• Analytical ability around program measurement, ROI, and execution
• Experience managing the creation of marketing materials
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with CMS, marketing automation systems
