Sr. Product Marketing Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy and launches for new products/features
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from insights to execution
• Conduct research on buyers, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Develop positioning, messaging, and sales/enablement tools
• Analyze performance data to optimize marketing tactics and investment
• Showcase thought leadership through content development and presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and customer success

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience; HR tech experience a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills for complex value propositions
• Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork with diverse teams
• Analytical and metrics-driven; skilled in data insights
• Highly curious, eager to learn, with a growth mindset
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment
