Sr. Software Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and initiatives with moderate complexity
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts based on requirements
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define testing scope
• Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and APIs
• Identify, record, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct regression, performance, and security testing as required
• Build automated test frameworks and scripts using standard tools
• Improve test automation coverage to reduce manual testing efforts
• Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, company policies, and regulations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Lead code reviews and provide feedback to peers
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant work experience
• 2 to 5 years experience in a customer-facing role
• 3 to 6 years experience leading technical projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools
• Ability to write complex reports clearly
• Proven leadership and project management skills
