Responsibilities
- Manage projects and initiatives with moderate complexity.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define the testing scope.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and APIs.
- Identify, record, and track defects, and work closely with teams for resolution.
- Conduct regression, performance, and security testing.
- Build automated test frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Continuously improve test automation coverage.
- Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Write clean, legible, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Lead code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- 2 to 5 years experience in a customer-facing role.
- 3 to 6 years experience leading technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
