The Sr. Solutions Consultant at Emburse drives pre-sales efforts for travel and expense solutions. Emburse, a leader serving 12M+ users across 120 countries, leverages AI to optimize spend management, empowering businesses with innovative financial technology.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales executives to lead value-driven discovery conversations, unearthing customer pain points and aligning Emburse’s solutions to their needs.
- Build and deliver customized presentations that demonstrate how Emburse uniquely solves spend management challenges, going beyond traditional functionality demos.
- Work closely with prospects to co-create tailored solutions, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Provide actionable insights to prospects, positioning Emburse as a transformative partner that enables growth and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes, bringing fresh perspectives to our clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Solutions Consultant (SC) in the spend management space.
- Prior roles in solutions consulting, sales or implementation in B2B SaaS organizations.
- Hands-on experience as a client-side system administrator or implementation expert for spend management software.
- Background in prospect/client facing roles that sell into B2B SaaS or services to finance/accounting departments.
- Strong presentation skills, both online and in-person.
- Comfort and ability to work in a team selling environment.
- Ability to articulate financial business solutions.
- Technical/Functional acumen and the ability to lead technical/functional discussions.
- Experience and training specific to software demonstration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across functional teams.
- Ability to autonomously work from home.
- Preferred: BA/BS degree preferred, experience may substitute.
