Description:

• Seeking a Sr Willow/Ambulatory Build Analyst for a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in one or more technical aspects of Epic applications.
• Brings best practices to the business and works closely with internal stakeholders to define the technical systems and enhancements needed to deliver business results.
• Performs detailed analysis of business needs, recommends potential functional, technical, and/or administrative strategies and approaches for solutions with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Researches business needs and translates into standard workflow and build requirements necessary for configuration and business process changes.
• Provides deep technical knowledge, analyzing Epic vendor software updates and the impact to the business for Epic applications in the area of expertise.
• Codes complex functions including building application tables and reports for Epic applications in the analyst’s area of expertise.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
• Leads the team in testing script development and updates to match business requirements.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and partners with the technology service center to ensure high first call response rate for Epic applications in area of expertise.
• Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing procedures. Follows and stays current with internal processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develops, analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes technical requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision-making.
• Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business and leads others to solve complex problems; uses conceptual and innovative thinking for developing solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Bachelors (required).
