Responsibilities:
- Conducts reviews of audits to ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
- Performs follow-up to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Evaluates supporting documentation submitted by funding recipients and external auditors to resolve findings in Single Audits and Financial Statement Audits pertaining to programs.
- Prepares written communications and correspondence between funding recipients and external auditors.
- Manages multiple deliverables in different stages of a process.
- Performs dispute resolution by evaluating supporting documentation provided and documents detailed working papers supporting the final determination.
- Prepares process documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and User.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience communicating results and findings.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality assurance processes to review and verify work for accuracy.
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional presence is required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
