Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and integration of Generative AI solutions in Firefox
- Build infrastructure for training and inference of LLMs and small models
- Implement robust validation and testing procedures for model reliability
- Continuously monitor and optimize deployed models for performance
Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a Machine Learning engineer
- Experience with ML tooling and infrastructure for model lifecycle
- Experience with distributed systems and AI integration platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Collaborative with product managers and non-engineering teams
