- Lead the design function for the product area.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to design team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Design experience.
- Proven track record in leading design functions.
- Ability to manage the entire design process.
- Mastery in visual interaction design, prototyping, and UX.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Low ego and open-minded.
