Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI-driven features and capabilities that improve website discoverability.
- Evaluate build or partner strategies, leading teams through complex decision-making processes.
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the roadmap based on strategic priorities and market trends.
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions to stakeholders.
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
- Advocate for users and drive product improvements based on feedback and data.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product features and updates.
- Advance the vision, strategy, and execution of Site Discovery.
Requirements:
- Experience managing AI-driven features from ideation to launch with a focus on driving user value and business impact.
- Experience exploring 0-1 product opportunities and crafting winning product strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management experience in supporting multiple customer personas.
- Empathy and passion for understanding user needs and transforming them into tangible product features.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of design aesthetics and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience with Webflow or other web design tools, or an interest in democratizing access to web technologies.
