Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive security reviews of cloud-native applications and architectures.
- Evaluate cloud platform configurations across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
- Review Infrastructure-as-Code implementations, container and Kubernetes configurations.
- Analyze cloud IAM policies and network segmentation.
- Design and implement custom security tools for automated vulnerability detection.
- Perform architecture reviews and threat modeling of complex systems and applications.
- Work directly with industry-leading teams to review code and architecture.
- Contribute to the advancement of application security through research and tool development.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in application security, focusing on cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS security architecture and modern security features.
- Experience leading and conducting security assessments across diverse platforms.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, and/or JavaScript for security-critical applications.
- Strong skills in programming, code auditing, fuzzing, static analysis tools, and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
