Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale the Sous Chef AI Assistant
- Translate business goals and user feedback into technical tasks
- Provide technical design feedback and participate in code reviews
- Champion quality automation and unit testing
- Ensure high-quality delivery and support in production
- Mentor and guide other team members
Requirements
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
- Proficient with traditional databases and alternative data stores
- Knowledge of software development best practices (Code Quality, UnitTest, BDD)
- Knowledge of NLP and UX design principles
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and mobile app development is a plus
- Excellent cross-team communication skills
